- Liaison with other EXPERTISE departments and obtain specialist advice - Prepare comprehensive BOQ to avoid chances of missing out items/price - Prepare RFQ for the subcontractor and follow-up for price, if any - Prepare draft quotations (incorporating the result of tender review) - Sharing knowledge experience with CED staff for continual improvement - Estimation of Chemical Cleaning and pre commissioning RFQs - Estimation for decoking/ smart pigging, Oil Flushing, Nitrogen Purging, dry Ice Blasting and Decontamination activities - Selection of cleaning procedures, Design of cleaning circuits, Evaluate the chemical quantity to prepare the estimation. - Estimation of proper chemicals, manpower and craft, Equipment and Machineries
